Learn English in VR with 360 Videos

Not everyone has the chance to buy a VR headset to learn English in virtual reality. Devices like the Oculus Go, Oculus Quest, HTC Vive and others do require quite a considerable expense, however that doesn't mean that you can't make use of the immersive tools and content out there to improve the way you learn or teach English language.

Here's an example of just that. It's a 360 video we created of a food market in London, to immerse yourself there to build your knowledge of food-related vocabulary.

Open this video on your smartphone in the YouTube app. Then, on the menu bar of the video, look at the bottom right corner and you will see a VR headset icon. Click that and the video will become stereoscopic. Finally, insert your phone into a VR headset like a Google Cardboard or similar, and you will be able to have the impression that you are really in that location!

Let us know what you think, if it helps you and what type of content you want to improve the way you learn or teach English.
