VR English Lessons for Schools

Here is a recent English lesson in virtual reality which we delivered. The teacher, Michael from London but based in Italy, met students based in a Norwegian secondary school for 30 minutes.

It was a useful opportunity to discuss the topic of Brexit by looking at a newspaper article from the BBC about the subject. Students had the chance to build their reading skills but also improve their vocabulary and listening comprehension too!

We finished off by using the 3D pen feature in the collaborative VR platform rumii by Doghead Simulations to record some of the key vocabulary takeaways from the class.
